Hello everyone! I'm Elise.
For several years I have struggled with the concept of body positivity. I have dealt with eating disorders and insecurity all throughout my adolescence. Now, at 17 years old, I am hoping to not only continue helping myself but to begin helping others.
My goal for this site is to promote overall health and wellbeing. I don't believe that fitness comes from looks and dieting; rather it is from keeping your body safe. and healthy. This means increasing your strength and including balanced habits into your lifestyle.
Every week I will be uploading two articles on a Monday/Thursday schedule. On Mondays, I will be uploading my own research pieces on healthy habits and changes to make in your life, and on Thursdays, I will be uploading interviews taken with several body positivity influencers.
